I submitted my original claim based the fact that an EQN never posted. They responded by deducting a night [instead of adding].

My total night count was lets say, 50, now I am at 49

I used a free night for that missing EQN, they responded saying, because we think your free night was not deducted we will not credit your account with a EQN.

I have a Partial Package - 7 nights category 1-4 expiring tomorrow, 12/19. They refuse to extend as it's been extended already or convert to points. I can't even redeem it since the 7 nights has to end before the expiration date.

Is that the bonvoy MO or HUCA can help?

I just tried using my 35k point free night at for a room costing 34,000 points and I couldn't use it. I called marriott and they said it's considered a "premium room" therefore it cannot be used. I checked the T&C and did not see any such thing. I told the rep and she said it doesn't say it online but their internal system doesn't allow it. To me that seems like false advertising, claiming I can use it for a room of up to 35,000 points when I can't.

Free night awards are usually only good on base rooms so I can see their point here. But Try HUCA you never know

I received an email on 10/02 from AMEX that I would receive my anniversary free night award within 8-12 weeks.

Still nothing, so I chatted with AMEX today, and they said they're having delay issues with Marriott. They just told me to chat again in 7 days. Great.
