I have a 7 night bonvoy certificate which expires this week. Since it has been extended a year ago they are unwilling to extended again, only to give me 5000 points for it. Any suggestions?

No upgrade at Marriott Marquis Chicago, well over a dozen suites available. Rep claimed that hotel can decide to selectively upgrade to suites even if available..

GM companestaed stay after lengthy email highlighting hotel ludicrous claims.

Hotels aren't allowed to keep a number for last minute paid stays?

FYI, Marriott T&C dosnt say anything about this.

Also, I checked in at approximately 11:30 PM.

When I pay for a room I expect to get service as per Marriott's T&C.

5k points? There is a reserved amount for cancellation depending on category.

Try HUCA and see if they will extend it again.

Applied 5 SNA. Was never confirmed into a suite that I selected. SNA's showed pending on my reservation and never returned. Marriott says it will take 6-8 weeks to have them returned.
