I made a reservation using an annual free night certificate. I then noticed they deducted points from my account instead of applying the certificate. A week before check in I called up to have them change it and give the points back and they said yes they will. I’ll check in I asked to use the free certificate and not the points and they’re going to check out. The day after I stayed at the hotel I called both of the hotel and Marriott and ask them to change it. It’s been a month still nothing and I just called up customer service and they told me there’s nothing that they can do about it and they aren’t going to give me points back. Any ideas?
I booked a stay for Jan. 2023 without having enough points to cover the booking with the option to earn it within the next 60 days and then deduct it to my booking when logging in it says "The points rate for your reservation may increase or decrease until you have deducted the points from your account to cover the reservation"does this mean i might lose the booking once Marriot goes dynamic?
no but the amount of points neded can go up

What does that have to do with Bonvoyed?
Isn't Bonvoyed just a verb at this point? 30% overnight deval seems like it should qualify.
Bonvoy!!! ETA: best points value ever. Only 35k.
LOL.Hotel/dates?
W hotel Hoboken March 13th to 14th.I noticed because I was tracking the rooms available for the night before and I noticed that all of a sudden there is not a single room available, so I checked the next day and this is what I saw.
