I have a PayPal rewards card and when I'm trying to turn it into a PayPal cash back card they won't let me they say I have to cancel my rewards card and then apply separately. I would like to get a PayPal cash back card but it's not letting me because I already have the rewards card. Can someone explain to me a way to switch cards or get this cashback card another way?
