Being that sunrise in Cleveland is at around 7:40 AM tomorrow your only option would be a pre-netz minyan. I don't know if they exist in ctown (as per Dan's request :p) you may want to try godaven.com . Also keep in mind that it is a (much) longer davening, further reducing your chances of being done by 730.

Can we please stop abbreviating Cleveland as CLV?  CLE or ctown both work just fine...
