i wrote it up..had a 100$ cr for continuing my plan...and then brought in old iphones - they give you money for that..i have another 300$ or so credit at verizon...

bec cell com brought em in and now there only 3200 from celcom with insurance and so on... here in the off-market its 2600 on a lucky day. only the verizon iphones are worth something here bec of the 4g in the summer

I intend to use the GSM in Europe . Do I just toggle from IXEV to GSM in settings like the Bold and then I can leave the Sim card in the phone all the time ?

They don't come unlocked but Sprint will unlock it for you.

It isn't like the bold (or like my trust Sprint Photon). You need to have the sim for Sprint in there in order for the iphone 5 to work on Sprint. CMIIW about this.
Pretty sure that's how it works.

It's the only negative I can think of.

I wish they would release more sprint phones with CDMA/GSM.

Thats not good . Sprint BBerrys come unlocked from the factory, meaning they were never locked to begin with
