I am on a Sprint plan now that has expired using with BB bold 9630 CDMA + GSM phone

Sprint much cheaper than VZW so I think I will have to stick with them . Plus I am getting 18% or so discout. CMIIW

Funny how things change Sprint BB came unlocked and VZW came locked 2 1/2 years ago

Looking to upgrade an AT&T line to a free/almost free smartphone. Currently I see a HTC 1 X, a Htc 1 VX and a Iphone 4.

I am thinking about getting a new Verizon 4s phone (upgrade from my iPhone 4 and lose my unlimited data plan) for my daughter to use as a prepaid phone in T-mobile. Is that possible? How to do it?

Nowadays, with some of the Verizon and Sprint phones having SIM slots and even possibly supporting GSM (dual with CDMA), it may be possible to take a phone over if it is SIM unlocked.

they haven't been made in a long time so you'll need a real big downgrade to find one

They actually recently released the BB Classic.

They did come out with the BlackBerry q10 which has a physical keyboard

Currently using the Galaxy S5 and will UPGRADE to the BB Classic when it becomes available for Verizon. I had the Q10 for a bit but couldn't get used to them removing the trackpad and other keys but on the new one it seems they're back so I'm pretty excited.
