LOL...some israelis have 3-4 phones

Years ago, I used to have 2. One that had a great international plan for Canada on it and the other that had better service for when I moved into a dead zone.  It drove me crazy. I'm happy to be back to one.

On a side note,   I recently upgraded from my LG Optimus S to a Photon 4G.  The phone's great with a really nice screen, good camera and video and some great added features. It's fast as a whip too but... it's big (4.3 inches). I am kind of missing my Optimus S. It was not a high end phone by no means but it had AMAZING battery life and was a really great size. Plus I could throw it against the wall and nothing would happen to it. I love that the Photon has a Sim card slot for when I travel (which is often) but... don't know if I'll keep it in the end.

I would say very decent. It really depends on your usage habits. Lasts about 6-8 hours on moderate usage. I just keep it plugged in as much as I could.

Ok. Light years may not have been the best term. But they are behind Android in regard to the processors, screen size and open market!

And features. For example, Android has built-in turn-by-turn navigation, essentially eliminating the need for a separate GPS. Live widgets which display real-time information on your home screen is another acclaimed feature. There are several others as well. You can check out CNET's comparison.

I've had the severe misfortune of having a BB Bold for the past 2 years. Upgrade is finally here, but I'm waiting for the Galaxy Nexus and Droid 4 (looks like Dec. 8th for both). Ice Cream Sandwich looks amazing but no Global GSM is a huge minus for me, and D4 has it according to a leaked spec sheet. So gonna wait it out and see. Either way I can't wait to finally have a REAL smartphone!

Immensely enjoying it besides a few qualms that I think I've mentioned already.
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Does anyone here have the Galaxy S 2 Epic 4G from Sprint?   I want a new phone but it seems that all the ones that have good features have HUGE screens.  I have smaller hands and am not sure how easy it will be to get used to it.
