TeleMed Online Doctor Visit

Has anyone here ever used this kind of service?
Is there one that is highly recommended?

I have a subscription to OneMedical through work. They have telemed app. Great for getting a quick prescription (throat hurt a few hours before a flight - Sat night at midnight. Was able to get a prescription in time for my flight).

I have used this company called National Reliance they offer Teladoc service for $28 a month. I actually bought their yearly service for $295 as it came with a dental discount plan. This covers the whole family for unlimited visits. Not sure how they can be making money but i've used it like crazy over the summer while traveling.

Telemedicine is very cheap to operate.
