Not one bit.

Just like we say קריאת שמע (preferably with תפילין) in the morning before davening, bentch Lulav & Esrog before davening, so too many blow shofar before davening (especially for families with women and children). After being מקיים the מצות עשה דאורייתא, people do eat. Many people would hold off on the Shofar, as they wanted to be yotze with the Rebbe's תקיעת שופר, but since that is unfortunately not an option now, people do blow Shofar before davening.

I know that this is not a question at all on a minhag, but this does get involved in hearing tkios al haseder.

In all my years in yeshiva, on bochur shlichus, in a smicha program, and among Chabad communities, I've never seen anyone put on tefilin just to say shma and I've never seen anyone blow shofar in order to eat before davening.

Maybe you do, but clearly those aren't actual minhag chabad for the 99%.

• לא ראינו אינה ראיה. I have seen (R' Malow a"h would put on tefillin and say shema as soon as one was allowed to), but admittedly that isn't very prevalent.
• FTR, I don't usually say Shma with Tefillin first thing in the morning (though I definitely do say ברכות השחר & shema before I leave my house in the morning), nor do I blow Shofar in order to eat before davening (though we do blow shofar at home for the women and children before davening).
• Years ago I just about fainted in 770 during תקיעות מעומד, I was told by Rabbonim then that I should eat before תקיעות. However, since I now have my own seat in 770 rather than standing in the "washing machine" I see no need for that.

Can't always count on it. Did you see the video going around of R' Meilech Biederman quoting R' Eliye Lopian regarding women going to shul on R"H?

Missing the action
I actually was added to one a few weeks ago, and that remains the only one, I look at some videos there like once a month.

ETA: the type of people who are scrupulous to say Shma with tefillin first thing every weekday morning, when they actually daven much later, is the type of people that would generally keep their הידורי מצוה to themselves - בצנעה.

Eating before shofar is a very common yeshiva practice but hard to justify according to Halacha.  Iirc the Mishnah berura doesn't mention it anywhere in hilchos r"h but does mention it I need passing in hilchos purim.
Rav Henkin was fire against it and I heard he pressured Rav Shneur Kotler to change the practice at BMG after Rav Aharon was niftar.  He I said the one that put out the original Ezras Torahs  luach and that's why if you look until today it makes a big deal about not eating before tekios.
He held if you must eat better it should be after תקיעות דמיושב.

Rav shneur asked r' Yaakov Kamentzky what to do and he said this is what we did in Slabodka don't worry about it.  ( I don't remember the exact nusach of what he said). So they continued having a kiddush.
