It's not incoherent or complicated. A minhag Chabad was invented out of an acquaintance's coffee preference.

If we're honest with ourselves, much of our judgment of others comes down to similarly inane misconceptions and generalizations.

I davened for the first time in a chabad shul on rosh hashana and was surprised that during blowing the shofar there was no "b'al makreh" (a person who says aloud the tekia, shevarim etc.) as is common in all shuls that i've davened.
is this a chabad minhag?

In Chabad shuls, the מקריא points in the מחזור to the sound which the בעל תוקע should blow.

Where is the source I think I'm name of baal hatanya something to the the extent that hkb"h showed moshe rabeinu a yanuve'r esrog ?
And what does it actually say there, what did he show him ?

I'm assume that would be a major issue. We don't talk from the bracha until after musaf.
