Just based on what I perceive the average is in ch, the vast majority are kratzing according to this.

The actual davening (chazan etc) in 770 is actually faster than the rest of crown heights. It's the kratzing (sefer torah going, 'arop' etc) that takes longer. And iinm 770 finishes around the same time as the "kratzing" shuls, which means that they takeh Stam kratz

I guess davenning times are like every other chumra - anyone slower than me is kratzing, anyone quicker can't possibly be davenning properly.

At 3.5 hours there was no part that I'd call fast. We just cut out the kratz other than @shmelke showing off with 150 teruos and even longer tekias once or twice.

אבינו מלכנו always goes with singing, but after that nothing is said aloud other than the final one by the chazzan to indicate ending and closing the ארון קודש.

That's news to me. Never heard of singing  אבינו מלכנו אין לנו מלך אלא אתה whenever it is said, outside of Chabad.

Take a survey of people from Lakewood, Williamsburg, Monsey, KJ, JLM, RBS, BB, etc. Is singing (any line out of אבינו מלכנו) a common practice?

So @jj1000 should have been more specific that there's singing at Hebrew Academies and Synagogues. But most people on DDF that don't daven in a Chabad minyan don't sing during אבינו מלכנו.
