Looking for lawsuit lawyer on collection agency

Looking for a recommendation on  a good firm that sues collection agencies for making excessive phone calls.

Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

I see an ad quite often on the front cover of the bp weekly or Lakewood voice. Don't know if they're good though
