Maybe purchase protection since it was lost. (Not sure if it applies to clothing though)

On what basis are you disputing?

you drop it at USPS, it's normal. this company's use a very cheap fare. it stay at the same USPS till they have more packages of the same fare and then it will be scanned and pickup.

i will wait another week or two before starting to get worry.

Agree with this.

USPS delaying delivery of your package is not grounds for dispute. It's also not exactly an attempt to return the item to the merchant because they never actually physically got it to have been given the opportunity to refuse to accept the return.

I've had such USPS return packages take in excess of 3 weeks to make it back to the merchant.

Gotta wait patiently.

Usps is the king of making you wait and be worried when returning packages.

If it's something of importance being that the post office is not to far,i just go into the post office and have a verified receipt of it being scanned in.

as i told you earlier they use a third party for all this "fare return" company, so basically they are like a 'drop place' and then a carrier will come to pickup all boxes and do the rest ..

i will assume that at this point no need to worry anymore, you did your part.
