Was wondering the same.
I found visiondirect to be cheaper, come quickly, verify prescription in a timely manner, and be a generally great buying experience that's even cheaper than Costco. 1800Contacts is always more expensive (hence the price matching requests), but why even bother?

AMAZING customer service.

They will replace any lense that tears. I've had them replace lenses that I had change because they started bothering me and they even mailed me a $5 coupon for next time.

Also, they will exchange even single lenses when you place a new order with a new prescription.

So if they will beat everyone elses price, why not?

P.S. I usually find opticontacts.com to be the cheapest and PM using them

That's a good reason. The times I've had issues with torn or incorrectly shaped lenses I've just called the manufacturer directly. They replaced an entire box (6 monthly lenses) even though I was on the last one in the box, though they won't do it for a change in prescription.

Just want to post another success story with 800Contacts matching to replacemycontacts.com. Got an instant credit for the would-be MIR from replacemycontacts. Saved over $100 from the 800Contact price including their own MIR.
What kind of lenses did you order and how much did you pay?

I recently shopped for the cheapest price on oasys for astigmatism and found Envision from Williamsburg to be the cheapest at $30 a box (6), free shipping too. You should check them out, I was very happy.

Acuvue does prescription matter or you're just curious?

Some very high prescriptions are more expensive perhaps.

The lens center in Boro Park has it for $27 per box, I'm sure it goes down lower then $26 if you take a year.

I'm almost sure that's for the regular  oasys,  astigmatism is more expensive.

Correct, did not realize you were referring to astigmatism lenses.

I believe they are Dailies Aqua Fresh or something like that. Year supply was just under $300.

I like 800Contacts for the customer service and they still had a prescription on file for me. I didn't want to run out and get a new one.

on the order form you fill in the lens prescription info and your Dr.'s name and phone number and they usually call them to confirm.

Just get a new prescription. They usually expire after a year anyways.

I recently ordered from contactlensking.com, which was the cheapest on Avaira at the time. When they notified me that they were going to contact the Dr., the fine print said that if the Dr. doesn't respond within 1 business day, they can just fill it based on my info.
