While it may not be great, i sometimes re-use my dailies. Get much more out of them.

Amex is running a $30 off $150 promotion at 1800contacts.com through 12/22.

It says that the purchase has to be made online.

"Get a one-time $30 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to make a single purchase of $150 or more online at 1800contacts.com by 12/22/13."

would that mean if we call to get a discounted price we won't get the discount?

I placed the order over the phone and I immediately got a confirmation email from Amex.

I can't find this 800contacts AMEX deal anywhere. I logged into my offers and it wasn't there. Anyone know how I can get it?

I use Biomedic 55 Premier bi-weekly contacts. I started using them after many years of constantly switching brands, these are by far the most comfortable lenses I've ever worn.

I also had to start using Clear Care lens solution. It's more expensive and makes me wait 6 hours before putting contacts back in my eyes (else it burns your eyes), but for someone with sensitive eyes it works really well. It cleans far better than any other cleaner which makes sense since it's active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide (hence the burning eyes).

Its supposed to be 6 hours, but not all of us have that long.
I've used them after ~5 hours.

I agree that it takes ~5 hours sometimes, though sometimes it takes 6 hours to sterilize. To be on the safe side, just wait.

I go by the bubbles; if there aren't any after 5 hours (and I need to go) I'll put them in.
Usually accurate.

www.Visiondirect.com is having a deal for new customers: 25% off your first order with code 25NEW, and free shipping on all contact lens orders.  Prices are good even without the discount; with the discount, it's a steal.
