Some basic information you should know when switching to Altice Mobile
Service: Sprint (Altice) 2G+LTE, AT&T 2G (shows LTE, but speed is 1mb/s) NO 3G

Cons:
No 3G network, that means where there is no AT&T or Sprint LTE towers you wont have service (rare).
No phone customer service, chat only and people complain that it's very slow.
No name caller ID, when you call someone he can't see your name.
People complain about having a hard time porting their number (some had it very smooth).
International destinations other than the free countries are pretty expensive.
Some significant countries are not supported like China and UAE
