For wife, let sleep late(take care of kids if applicable) and husband makes a nice breakfast.

Decorate with balloons.   I find these personal things mean more than a restaurant or fancy event.  Just my $.02

Daughters 25th we just did a road trip to KS to my other daughters home. Played beer pong, flippy cup, had some jello shots and a ton of other stuff. We had a blast.

have a zoom meeting with all the relatives which every single person is doing for every single birthday with they have never would have invited anyone if not for the virus
