Or else "Delay Until". Does Schedule do what you want?
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

delay until only lets me choose the actual time in calendar. schedule is for recurring. maybe i can use a formater to change appointment time and the delay until then. just seems like a convoluted way to do it
ETA: i think that extra step worked

We pay but I haven't used paths yet anyways. They are interesting, if you split a zap into 2 paths, each one has its own criteria to continue (so both paths could end up running), and also you can't convert part of an existing zap to a path, you have to delete those steps and then redo them in the path.

BTW if you ever need one zap to call another, you can use webhooks by zapier to send a bit of info from one to the next.

Yup path has to be at the end. Annoying if you decide after to add one. Webhook is premium

Right. Didn't realize that about webhooks, we have premium. They are very powerful though, might be worth the money if you need them.

Thanks. I'm still doing pretty basic stuff but I'm sure I'll get there. It's addicting lol

:D totally!
There are so many silly things that you can do that really make a difference. We have a client who wanted us to send an email once a day with a list of very specific info. It would be really annoying to do manually (and we probably would have just said no) but it was pretty easy to set up with zapier and now it just works!

Also idk if this will help you but if you need to upgrade or downgrade your plan randomly to account for more or less usage, you can do it really easily and they prorate automatically.
