Dual SIM S10+ US Version

I have a Verizon Galaxy S10+ with the SIM+MicroSD tray. I know on certain models outside the US they make dual SIM models, is it possible to buy a dual SIM tray and install it myself on my S10+ or does the phone need to be specially manufactured to support dual SIM?

Is it possible to install/update the software to support it? I believe Verizon phones are carrier unlocked they just boot with Verizon branding.

what makes you think there's room for two sims an average phone only has room for one sim unless it was designed for two Sims.
