After refreshing my page a few times I finally got the gift card.

However, I did not receive my confirmation in my email.

Edit: Now I got the form, and twice I've hit submit and it just gives me that turning 'hourglass' thingy and eventually just goes back to the filled out form (as if I didn't hit submit). Is there a confirmation page that's supposed to load?

did it for myself and my husband.
had to hit submit a few times each
but we both did not get confirmation emails

How do you know? The form is still loading...
