Booked an economy ticket from NYC - TLV OW 1 PAX on Air Serbia in OCT
On chase portal as well as other sites showed up as $441 but on chase once I clicked and selected flight it went down to 225.39.
I booked it and it comes back confirmed.

Booked a RT through tbe portal. Chase booked it as 2 OWs. Outbound OW had schedule change of 24 hours shortening vacation by a full day. Chase refuses to refund entire booking only outbound. Booked with UR @1.25

If I book a United flight with UR @1.25 can I then go on to United's website and cancel for future flight credit? The flight I want is cheaper directly from United but I want to gain the 1.25%.

What about with AA, is there a way to cancel online and get a credit to use on AA?

AA might be different, I know that on Capital one travel the voucher is only good for use on capital one travel (and i am pretty sure specifically for aa) but it could be chase is different. I did call AA and they said you would have to pay 50 bucks to transfer the voucher to AA and then totally useable on AA.com

YMMV. Didn't have an issue changing flights with United booked through Amex Travel. But it has to be regular economy, not basic economy, even within 24 hours.

On JB i got a regular JB travel voucher, and was even able to use them for different people

Amex is Amex could different. Chase-United should have no issues also if you already took 1 leg of the itinerary it could be worse. If it doesn’t allow you to do online just wait another day after time it deff works.
No leg taken Chase-United after 24hrs (sometimes takes an extra day or so) you should be able to cancel for credit online

I’m executive platinum and numerous reps have waived the fee for me.

So I went ahead and booked and cancelled for a future flight credit. Was unable to do it online but they did it for me over the phone. But now when I try to use the future flight credit on United.com it says: "This credit is for a trip originally booked by a travel agency. Please contact the agency directly to use this credit."

I’m trying to book a flight for someone else and tickets are significantly more expensive on chase than on aa.
