American Dream Mall Kosher

The American Dream Mall is set to open on Oct 25th in the Meadowlands NJ. According to their website there will be a Kosher food court with 6 Kosher restaurants. Anyone has more info on this.

Restaurants wont open for awhile. They want to have six but it might not happen. There where rumors about a non kosher brand having a kosher store, but as of now they are just rumors.
AFAIK Edmonton has a kosher restaurant that looses money that is kept open by the malls owners, so even if this idea doesn't make money maybe itll still have at lease one kosher restaurant.

The owners are pushing hard for the kosher section so there is a good chance it should work out

Minneapolis is a veggie place that is not advertised kosher and is targeting the general clientele. Can be a good business model

A mall in  Minneapolis probably doesn’t have enough kosher eating customers to make it worthwhile to have a regular kosher restaurant, but this mall shouldn’t have that problem

This is true, but its a small little pizza place (also had some non jews eating there when we were there). I cant imagine any mall supporting 6 kosher places.
