I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

2 TYP per $ everywhere.

That would be unreal, let's hope so.
Hopefully that will, over time, put pressure on Amex and Chase to step up their game with their no-fee offerings

After removing almost all valuable benefits I guess they came up with one benefit that will make people use the card again

Are we sure these points will be convertible to miles and not restricted like banking points?
Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

Card is already pretty popular with the general public I see no reason Citi being citi converting these at 1=1...  But Id be happy to be wrong

All rumors point that it will. But Dan posed an important question.

What kills it for me is the 3% FX fee.

I filled out a survey about the Amex BBP (and got a $20 check out of it!), where they proposed removing the 2.7% FX but adding an annual fee.  One can only hope!!

Ftfy

As someone with 90% non-USD spend, I hope yes  ;D

I currently use the Barclays Arrival Premier for general spend, but this would be far better.  But now with the Qantas Cap1 bonus (not to mention lower annual fee and more partners), it looks like they're a better pick.  The first $15K milestone bonus on the Premier merely serves to offset the AF.  They would not budge in waiving it.

Wasn't there a post sometime ago that you can transfer them to AA?  :)
