Intresting, at least there is some 40k, is there a limited amount of base rooms for 40k and then it jumps to 50k or 60k?

So scattered dates with 40k during low season, and entire months with 60k during high season.

Yes for now it seems like marriot thinks they are high season based on previous years of bookings but once it gets closer in a bookings loosen up maybe they will lower the points amounts needed.
