Downloading off a virtual desktop

Does anyone know how I can download files off a virtual desktop I have access to?
(Don't tell anyone- I hacked into the pentagon.)

I uploaded the file to google docs after opening my email through the virtual desktop. Worked fine.

What I've used in such situations is pipebytes.com a p2p file transfer site. Obviously there are better ways to do it, but I found this quite easy.

Using the regular Windows Remote Desktop it is really easy to accomplish this, all you have to do is before connection go to the options >local resources >more and check the "drives" box.

You will now see your local computer hard drive on the remote computer.

If you are using logmein free then use a file transfer site, if you are using logmein pro you can do it with logmein itself.
