This is a frum guy who is running this operation.

Order a kvittel (personal prayer) placed into the Kotel and get a picture/video of your prayer being placed into the wall.

There are other places which do it for free as well.
But I am not aware of other places which provide pictures and/or videos of the prayer

I see thid as no different than the guy who tried to sell his olam habah on eBay.

Even though technically a service is being provided here, the money is paying someone to do something religious for you, which has the markings of a scam.

How is this a scam? He is delivering what he is selling. He's not forcing anyone to use his service. This could be pretty useful for someone who would want to do such a thing.

There is none. Unless it's stealing, which it isn't. Just plain foolishness.

There doesn't seem to be a problem, good for the guy behind this, let him make a few bucks.
  If it's really meaningful for someone to have a note placed in the wall then so be it pay x amount for the kvitel.
    Since an average person is not flying out to Israel to put a kvitel inside the wall, here you have a service which charges and places the note in the wall for you.
  See no problem, noones forcing anyone to buy this, but to go and report and rat this guy out seems very sad, disappointing for someone to go and do that.
   Unfortunate that someone would do such a thing, even if someone did report it why post it publicly? 😞

Seriously, some people are so miserable, they just look for ways to mess with other people. If you don't want this service, then shut up and move on. If you like it, great. Why the hell would someone report this to Groupon. Reporting him to groupon, for doing nothing wrong right before RH. Great job, to the Negative Nancy that is causing this trouble. Personally I don't do the whole letter in the wall shtick (I was there in August, didn't do it myself) but live and let live. These liberal lefties need to be in e/o else's business. GET A LIFE!
