Can Banks know that you went through a credit repair??

After going through a credit repair and your report is looking very good, Good enough to potentially get a few new credit cards. Can banks see that you recently had your report worked on and deny you from getting a card?

There are services that will provide that info. Have no idea if banks use it. Creditboards.com would have the answer.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half
