Opera browser has a built-in VPN, can only choose region though.

I will note that using a VPN (proxy) with an internet filter might be challenging, as the internet filter itself uses a proxy. It might be possible, but definitely not as simple and straightforward as just installing and running it.

Or download a location spoofer and enable location spoofing in developer options.
Not 100% sure it will affect the browser

anyone know of a way to use vpn with nativ filter?
all the ones ive tried are blocked
