What idiot watches porn on their smartphone. You need a minimum of a 52 in TV and a fire stick. Such n00bs.
Disclaimer: This is what I have been told.

I heard they moved on to 3D versions.

Does anyone know if there’s a way to have one phone number for 2 phones and be able to switch back and forth easily? Or can both be connected simultaneously and if you get a call, both phones would ring? I would love to be able to switch back and forth from a dumb phone and a smart phone. Ideally I’d want to be able to leave my smart phone in the car and walk into my house with a dumb phone and not miss any calls or texts.
Is this possible?

In Israel they have something called a "car sim" which sends calls and texts to that sim too, Costs an extra 10 shek for hotmobile.

But any call I make from the dumb phone will be a different number, unless I call thru my phone number which is a PITA.

My phone has had the blue light filter on the highest from sunset to sunrise for years already. Got used to it, I dont even realize anymore unless I'm watching a video that needs proper color.

So for the people I frequently contact, they likely already texted me. So I always have their number that Google assigns for them. For random people then who cares if they need a number just tell them your Google number. I guess for a business it's not ideal

Sorry, I didn't explain myself well enough. The person I'm calling from the dumb phone will get a call from a number they dont recognize unless they have both your GV number (which your smartphone automatically calls thru) and your dumb phone number (because itll call thru whatever random number was assigned to that phone).

I'm either misunderstanding or wrong. What I was saying was that you can call using your Google voice number even on a dumbphone. Although it's not straightforward.

The way I do it is simple. Google forwards texts to my dumbphone. It comes in as a weird number because When Google forwards incoming texts they assign the texter a weird number. That number if you call it will call the original texter with your Google voice number as caller ID.

So eventually when your most frequently contacted people texted you just once you can have basically all the numbers you need. Save it in your contacts and you're done.

To go back to the original question, I feel like you really need to split the smartphone into a few categories and break it down to what is a convenience that adds to your quality of life, and which parts are constantly wasting your time, and taking away all that you have benefited from “the good parts” of the smart phone.
I don’t see significant negative sides to having apps that you don’t check in on for updates or postings, rather are only used for you to execute a specific task, such as Waze, Mobile banking, weather, Uber, uber eats.
On the other hand, social media apps can waste endless time. Most people are constantly checking in to see if anything new popped up on their account. Once they check their twitter, then they also check their Facebook, Instagram, watsapp, watsapp status updates etc.

its true to the point that digits is that concept but you need a smartphone for both phones in order to use that IINM.
