Intel has basically stagnated the last few generations, and each generation has been more or less a rebrand, but there were improvements, especially in battery life.

This laptop is old and expensive. Tiny battery, low res screen, etc.

9th Gen was a pretty nice upgrade, especially with the mobile processors. And yes, this computer is not good.

Old gen processor. You could get better speed out of a 7th gen i5, or a 8th gen i3 (yes I meant to write i3). Not to mention 9th gen specs.

Basic hd display.

Not bad battery for 3 years ago.

Basic webcam.

WiFi chip isn't half bad, better then some new ones these days.

I took this laptop apart about 2 years ago, forgot the specs of the SSD but I wasn't impressed.

Ram these days in ddr4 is usually 2666mhz for laptop.


In conclusion, not a deal. But for a basic laptop you could get away with it.
