Pax not allowed to to check in LHR-JFK even points was in her account, cc was not account holder (teenager) they said the only way they can issue the pass is if cc is being verified physically at any airport VS operates at.

If i booked with my VS account and my CC for my BIL & SIL & 2 children for VS metal in March, do i need to be concerned that they'll have an issue??

Booked when? And how did the points get into her account?

Flight had to be cancelled , now they are refusing to refund points as it is within 24hr of flight

Yesterday 15 pax. All points ticket made under 1 of the pax JFK-LHR not a word on who made the booking, which CC was used (cc was not a pax) so I am not sure what triggers a booking to be flagged, and there is no way to tell before.
I think ex LHR is more strict

I would assume if 1 of the pax is the AH there wouldn’t be an issue.
