Very simple. It's the flight from Oct 9th 10:50pm that's delayed to the morning because Israel airspace is closed Yom Kippur. They need the aircraft in Israel for the return flight Motzei Yom Kippur. They have this flight every year.

But if we're talking dumb on TLV routes, that title goes to Delta (after AA, of course). They managed to not have a flight Sep 26 afternoon (erev R"H), when they had it every other day that week. Every seat on LY and UA was sold out (besides those who land late Fri). And last year, they managed to not have a flight Motzei R"H when they have one every night of the year besides Yom Kippur.
That's almost as bad as PS not scheduling a flight to NY on Tzom Gedalia...

They actually even operated a 2nd flight to JFK on tzom gedalia!
