random questions regarding non responsive buyer

i sold someone a phone and they paid me for the phone and said they would send me a prepaid shipping label which hasn't been sent yet. it has been a few weeks and guy is not responding what should i do?

How did they pay you? However which way, the funds are still in your possession?
