how do u define "useful life"??
if i have a shirt for 1 yr, it got a stain, can i send it back? is tht considered abusing the system? will they accept?

it can either mean in new or like new condition or that it has to come back in 1 piece not 3 pieces

chances are it just means you can't return it after it gets ruined from normal wear and tear. They don't want you coming back in two years when the elbows or cuffs start fraying and try to return it

I agree. But they might be using that verbiage to sound more generous than they are or to indemnify them if they choose not to honor a return. It could be interpreted both ways.
