My father applied for the Chase BA card, but never got his points. I called up Chase yesterday, and they confirmed that it went in by mistake to someone else's account, which is by chance my sister-in-law, carrying the same name (Motel). I called her up right away, and she told me that yes, she got 200K points.
Chase opened an inquiry and told me that this will take 3-5 days. My question is how do I help my sister-in-law staying with this. Will making a booking help, or do I need to actually find someone to fly?
