Hello everyone!
During the last quarter of each year I have scheduled my major annual expenses:
1) Annual auto insurance for all cars
2) Annual homeowners insurance for 2 homes
3) Annual property tax for 2 homes
4) Annual life insurance
We're looking at about $12K total.

I only am interested in capturing points/miles that can be used for Airline travel for annual family vacation.
Mainly Star Alliance (UAL) & One World (AA) but of course Chase Ultimate Rewards are good too.
I meet the Chase 5/24 rule easily.
I just traveled this week & got the AA Barclay 60K for 1st purchase (any $ amount) & no annual fee 1st year.
Seems like a great deal but hate to waste it w/my annual end of year purchases.
Would rather perform multiple apps same day to capture credit card for above purchases _and_ this Barclay's 60K AA.

Thoughts?  Bits of wisdom?
Thanks for readying & feel free to direct respond if necessary.
Thank you!

Seems like we're in a bit of a drought for credit cards w/high airline mile offers for initial purchases.  I guess I'll just go with the American Airline 60K Mile card.  No annual fee & only requires 1 purchase.  Seems like a no brainer unless someone can tell me otherwise on forum or direct message.  Thx.
