Fighting points advance after getting shut down from a FR

just had a FR, sent in all the documentation, but they decided to cancel my cards. my main concern is that I have points advance in the amount of 25,000 points. They will charge me now 2.5 for that. I believe that they can't charge me, since they took away the ability from me paying that back. How much are my chances to get it waived.

Oiy. My condolences.

They can charge you. They can do whatever they want. That being said, I think you do have a rather persausive argument that can be made.

Have you tried suggesting that possibility to the FR group?

Yes I told them that, but they had no idea what I'm talking about. they are totally off when it comes to MR
