Let me share with you what I found out about this.I recommend you contact the merchant immediately to cancel the pending transaction. Once cancelled, it may take between 7-10 business days for the merchant to release the held funds to your available Cash Balance.

Dont keep a balance on it, so wouldn't know. Have some in stocks and Bitcoin, which has nothing to do with the card. But there's a few nice offers on the card, like best buy,, Home Depot.
