The Cashapp rep just have me Google's generic phone number that goes nowhere, and then stopped responding.

I don’t keep a balance either.

Mine was 20+ declined purchases (over the course of two weeks) at a bunch of retail locations, mostly fast food, in or around Kalamazoo Michigan.

Update on this.
I emailed them saying I want to close down my account, as I don't feel my money and account information in safe in their hands, after the fraud occurred and the rep was entirely unhelpful and incompetent.
I got this in response:

Our Disputes Team will provide an update through this email within 10 business days, however it can take up to 60 days for a resolution from Visa. If further actions are required, we will provide them at that time.

Why this isn't protocol to begin with is surprising.

I usually keep a low balance for small purchases with the Cashcard, if the boost comes in handy.
This time I had a lot more in it, as I had just been paid back by someone.

15% off any restaurant (up to $7.50 discount)
15% off McDonald's - once per hour. If only they sold gc's... (min $1 purchase, max discount $7.50)
Walgreens weekly 10% offer was upped to 15% (max discount $7.50)
$5 off a purchase of $5 - This offer must be unlocked by making 5 purchases first (boost purchases count towards the 5 purchase requirement)
