I am wondering about Ohr Haganuz Elima. My son wants me to get it for him for the sedorim. When I pointed out that they recommend to keep it refrigerated, he asked me how come the stores keep it out on the shelf. I had no answer.

My experience with Elima is that's its fine on the shelf for 6 months. Definitely refrigerate after opening, and even then, you only really have a few days. A better option may be the Variations Be-Leaf.

Any suggestions for a good bottle of wine for Purim? In general I do not like dry wine and don't usually spend much but this year I'm done with all the cheap stuff that makes me sick, and I'm willing to spend for a couple good bottles to get the job done
Try a wine without sulfites

What job are you looking to get done? Just to become high when it's hard for you tolerate wine then whisky/vodka might be a great alternative.
I wish, without this turning into a halachak discussion, wine is preferable for the mitzvah

Non-Mevushal vs Mevushal.
Badatz Eida Charedis vs OU.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Nothing better than a good french wine.
Chateau Pape Clement is my favorite.

Tried this last year and found it insanely sweet - like a significant level sweeter than the standard Moscatos.

What do you call good?
What do you call cognac? (okay I added this one even though it makes no sense)
What do you call heimish?
What do you call hechsher?
