What's your favorite (kind of) wine?

Covenant isn't "for rich new jews," rich new york jews, along with others, drink Covenant because it's great and not super exp.

Correction: I meant to say that Covenant cab at 80+ while its one of if not the greatest kosher cab out there with tremendous cellar options... the majority of us here do not pop 80$ bottles all the time.

Also, from my expirience here, few have wine fridges and are cellaring 10 years +

Red C is a fantastic wine but the 2013 is still young, i'd wait a year or so

I'm far from an aficionado, but it was the best cab I've tasted, personally.

And, no, I don't drop $80+ on a whim, but for a nice treat, it's a good way to go.

Yes they just introduced it as their 30th anniversary.
Have not tasted it though.
Seeing it on the front shelf space in all wine stores.

Yes, it's a great wine but not anything you are used to, it's a blend of many grapes.

Just made a שהחיינו on Covenant wine.
Lives up to the hype. Amazing.
Smooth, Rich. Feels cared for.
Once swallowed it burns a drop and takes you to another level.
Worth the price.

But if your willing to spend a couple bucks more get Isaac's Ram Cab Franc, you wont be disappointed
