Could it be that the whole Quick Access Toolbar is hidden? I don't have Access on the computer I'm on now but maybe there's a way to show/hide it?

The screenshot there doesn't show the Quick Access Toolbar for one of them

How do you have Access open to a table? I see the option for a form but not table.
