best place to transfer membeship rewards to

i am being charged $160 for my amex gold card.  I want to close it to save the money as I barely use the card.  I have 27,000 points there.  What is the best  to tansfer to 1. Jetblue, (jetblue points used to expire, do they still?) 2. Hilton Honors  3. cash out some other way?

This. If you specifically want to cancel, and not open another, transfer wherever you feel will get you the best value based on your usage. Lifemiles are great (check exp policy, I don't think it's great). Aeroplan, Avios, and flying blue are all solid options as well. Hilton and jet blue are both probably not great options.
