hmmm. sounds like fun. Only thing I don't like about wheat beers is that then the spent grain bread is full of rice hulls.

5 Gallon Batch
8oz of Honey Malt
3.3lbs Pilsen Light liquid malt extract
3lbs Wheat dry malt extract
.5oz Fuggles hops (60 min)
.5oz Fuggles (30 min)
.5oz freshly crushed coriander (10 min)
1oz sweet orange peel (10 min)
1 package Wyeast 3944 Belgian Witbier Liquid yeast
5oz corn sugar for priming
No need for a secondary fermenter on this one. Let it sit on the yeast cake for 2 weeks and it should be ready to bottle then. Measure the SG first to make sure its ready obviously.
