That's a beauty.

We brewed last night. It's a very hoppy amber ale. OG was 1.06, uses 4 oz of hops (one is for dry hopping).
It will be ready right after the bar. So I need a name for it that reflects that.

Nice. One of my favorite varieties. I used an ounce of that to dry hop my Black IPA.
How many IBU's you shooting for?

Nice balance. Don't know if you want to mess with the recipe but an ounce of Citra in the dry hop would really kick up the aroma.

It's not about the quantity of your posts.  It's about the quality.

How did your brew come out?

Hah! Thanks for asking! We just drank it friday night for the first time.
It was nicely dark, and properly carbonated. It had a nice strong flavor, pretty dominated by the hops. I was hoping for more maltiness with the hops, but that's what we got.
Overall, I'd say it is about as good as the others we've made, but not the best.

Good to hear!
There was a lot of hops in there! What was the grain bill?

I don't remember the recipe exactly. I think I may have posted it above.

There were 4 oz of hops, one of them for dry hopping

I'm jealous.
I've heard very good things about fresh Guinness. :D
