Called 2 weeks ago for the 10k. Didnt get anywhere she offered a 1k consolation prize. After that she mentioned she will pass it on to the marketing dept. So I told her sure and throw in a request for my wife too. She said sure and I will give you 1k for her too. Didnt think it stood a chance and promptly forgot about it. Got a letter for my wifes 10k yesterday

+the 1k she gave her then. For me no such letter

I think I'm on the bad guy list by Chase. Im fighting for the 80k for my Ink Bold and when I spoke to Executive CSR by Chase they came back and said . "We looked up your account and we have done similar matching for you multiple times so we cant do it again"

Try saying you saw it online on the chase site and followed that link.

I never got around to calling them back but I checked my rewards balance today and it says "10,000 points pending - adjustment"

Tried this too and he just repeated that he's not seeing the offer on the account, but i should wait to see if it posts on my statement and if not call then to have it investigated.

LOL I started this thread... I found the link online. Orginally they said they would approve. Then no contact and no points. Took couple SMs where they said I wasn't targeted but bc they promised earlier they will give it to me.

i just randomly JUST sent them 2 sms on 2 sep accounts (when i signed up b4 11/30 i added a user to both accounts) and for one account they already added 10k points, and the other account i didnt yet get a response... thanks!
