10K for adding AU to chase sapphire?

  guys, they just gave me 10k within 16 minutes of pm'ng them! I told them I had enrolled in the promo for AU back in Oct (I actually did) and got the card. I made note that my card was indeed compromised shortly after and pondered if that caused the delay and asked when they would show up. Within 16 minutes my account was up 10k!

All of this was actually true - so I don't know if they looked up my compromised account and check that a card was sent out to a vacation home address at that time.

What do you mean you "card had been compromised"? Lost or stolen?
Maybe I ought to "lose" mine before I PM them..

I had some fraud on it. I pointed that out with the assumption that possibly the reps overseas had limited access to old/closed accounts (which I really doubt they can view). It seems to be that way with the U.S. reps. They have to dig a little deeper to find charges on compromised accounts.

How do you make sure that your SM goes to Bangladesh instead of the U.S.?

FTW!! I had tried with SMs and calls back in Dec. but nothing doing. I sent then a SM yesterday with the link saying I still never received the points and I got them! Thanks for bringing up the topic again.

I sent randomly that i added and authorized user before the date of 11/10 and it seems i never did receive those 10k bonus points. I got the same response on 2 accounts and by the same person saying here are the 10k as promised... random...
