My 2 cents
I dont think the green is a long term card
Amex is  trying to copy CSR but its not close CSR Wins many times over.. 
3X Travel and dining, Same. although UR is more worth then MR
$150 Net AF, Same
Clear credit = GE & TSA
Lounge buddy = Priority Pass

I used someones referral link last night to apply for the green and was approved and i believe the offer was 30k for 2k spend (i know i know i should have done a drop of research....)and now today when i click his link its showing 45k ....does that make sense ? Do they change from one day to the next ?any chance they would match? ( i called and they say the offer is 30k)

Depending on the device and browser offers can vary.
Amex does not match the best you can get is some goodwill points.
