I have a 1490lmt and got this one. One will end up in the wife's car.

Got another friction mount too, cheaper now than it was when it was highlighted on the frontpage.

There is one thing that I like about the 1450LMT over this one. The 5 inch screen is awesome.

yes. you would still have to pay the data plan.

AFAIK any verizon phone will work with page plus, i used to use the palm pixi and it worked great

Unlike the Pixi, data will not work out of box until properly configured, and even then email and browser won't work (you'll need new ones).
